We currently ship to many locations worldwide and strive to provide fast and reliable shipping. However, please note that any taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be required by your country's customs agency are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to provide accurate information about shipping fees and delivery times for your order, but please note that these may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or any other factors beyond our control.

How does Joylgbt ship your order?
After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation email.
After payment is processed, you will receive a successful payment confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information confirmation email, which contains a tracking number. You can track the shipping status using the tracking number on 17track or Track718.
How long does it take to ship?
The total time it takes to receive your parcel is described below:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Within 3-6 business days. This includes the time to prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse, including quality checks and packing.
Shipping Time: About 12 business days.
Shipping Times for Specific Countries:
- United States: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 12 to 16 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
- Canada: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 12 to 16 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
- United Kingdom: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 9 to 12 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
- EU: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 10 to 15 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
- Australia: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 15 to 25 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
- New Zealand: International orders are sent using International Air Service Post or EMS Express Courier. Delivery to key destinations can take between 15 to 25 business days. Tracking is available with a non-signature service.
What is customs tax?
