Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At gaysdar.com, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 20-Day Returns Warranty.
Return Procedure:
1. Take a clear photo of the item.
2. Contact customer service at support@gaysdar.com with the photos and your order ID, stating your preferred resolution (return, refund, exchange, or resend).
3. Our team will provide the address of gaysdar's International Center. Do not return the item to the original shipping address to avoid delays.
4. Arrange for collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Notify us with the tracking number after returning the item.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt of the item.
Notices:
- The item must be unopened, in original packaging, and show no signs of use.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and an RMA slip must accompany the return.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returnable items, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene reasons, personal items like underwear and swimwear are Final Sale.
- No returns or exchanges for promotional or last-chance items.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- Prepay customs duties for returns; we do not cover import duties.
- Return eligibility expires 20 days post-purchase.
Non-Returnable Circumstances: Refund requests without return will not be accepted under these situations, but we may offer a coupon for your next order:
- Item dislike.
- Fit issues without quality problems.
- Item marked as delivered but not received.
- Misunderstandings on product descriptions.
- Incorrect order placements.
