Unhappy About the Clothes
Return Procedure:
- Take a clear photo of the item.
- Contact our customer service team via customer@joylgbt.com.
- Send the photos and order ID to the customer service team and describe your issue and the resolution you prefer (return, refund, exchange, resend?).
- The customer service team will send you the address for returns. Please do not send the package back to the original shipping address, as this may delay your refund.
- Call your local post office to arrange a collection or drop off at the nearest post office.
- Notify us with the tracking number once you have returned the item(s).
- All exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the returned item(s).
NOTICE
- The package must be in an unopened state.
- Returned items must be in their original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The returned package must include an RMA slip.
- The return address provided by joylgbt.com must be used for sending back items.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
- No exchanges, returns, or amendments on promotional or clearance items.
- The customer is responsible for any delivery problems caused by providing an incorrect address.
- We are only responsible for returns and refunds for products purchased from joylgbt.com.
Refund Without Return (Coupon Offer)
For the following circumstances, we do not accept refund requests without a return, but we can offer a coupon for your next order. (Please contact our customer service team for details.)
- Don't like the item.
- The item doesn’t fit as expected without any quality issues.
- Shipping status shows delivered, but the buyer didn't receive it.
- Differences/misunderstanding on products/fabric that have already been mentioned in our description/title.
- Placed the wrong order and it was shipped.
